The Living Compass

Liveworks ran three training programmes under THE LIVING COMPASS:

-   COMPASS Directions
-   COMPASS Half-Time
-   Cinderella’s COMPASS

The LIVING COMPASS is a simple framework for all individuals to think about their lives.  Asking questions about Self, Relationships, Life Capital and Resources and Our Environment, the COMPASS enables individuals to chart their lives anew, mapping out decision points and resources required for each person to achieve new heights, no matter where their starting point.

COMPASS Directions is a programme for youths, aged 14-17 years old.  It guides our young people in these formative years to make sound decisions in key life areas – career, money and wealth-making, relationships and desired lifestyles.

COMPASS Half-Time is a programme for the adult as he/she transitions from one phase of life to another, be this voluntary (desired career switch) or involuntary (job loss or spouse loss).   The Information Age forces rapid job changes and no longer can any individual leverage one particular set of skills for life.  COMPASS Half-Time prepares the individual to face the transitions, empowering him/her to live life to the fullest and to leverage such transitions for preferred outcomes.

Cinderella’s COMPASS is targeted at young women and girls reaching adulthood.   Key decisions by women include decisions on money and investment matters which the majority of women tend to be weaker on, relationships and marriages, children and parents, and careers.   Unlike men, the average woman has more factors to consider when weighing a decision.  Cinderella’s COMPASS empowers the woman to make decisions for her life, and to live boldly and confidently as a woman.

Kompass Kemenangan and Kompass Wanita are Liveworks’ programmes for the Malay community.  Liveworks translated its programmes into Malay to support the progressive development of the community.
